(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the respondent Bank to answer the queries as to why the TUF subsidy was not granted to them with a documentary evidence to the same and not give vague and assumptuious reasons as to have in their reply to the petitioner's representation (Annexure P-40). A further prayer for quashing of impugned notices dated 06.11.2017 (Annexure P-32), issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the Act') and dated 16.01.2018 (Annexure P-33) issued under Section 13(4) of the Act. Besides above, certain other prayers have also been made. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, states that inadvertently certain appropriate prayers could not be incorporated in the writ petition and the necessary averments have not been made as well as the documents in support thereof could not be appended. Accordingly, a prayer was made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by making necessary prayers/furnishing better particulars and appending relevant documents.
