-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) This is second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in a case having FIR No.138 dated 21.7.2020 registered under Sections 342, 384, 388, 389, 379-B, 506, 120-B, at Police Station Bilaspur District Yamuna Nagar.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that after completion of investigation the police has presented the challan and that the petitioner is admitted to interim bail by this Court vide order dated 28.9.2021. ( 2 ) CRM-M-38353-2021 counsel for the petitioner further submits that now the matter has been compromised between the parties and the petition seeking quashing of FIR on the basis said compromise is already been pending in this Court having CRM-M-26840-2020.

The State counsel on instructions from ASI Dalbir has admitted the fact that challan has already been presented against the present petitioner, who was admitted to interim bail by this Court vide order dated 28.9.2021. The State counsel further submits that the petitioner is not required by the petitioner for any investigation. I have considered the submissions made by counsel for the parties.

In view of the above without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to his furnishing bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/CJM/Duty Magistrate concerned.
