-2CRM-M-33211 of 2020 through CRWP-4410 of 2020 - Muskan and another v. State of Punjab and others in which petition on 03.07.2020 this Court granted them protection against the complainant party; only because the petitioners are related to Rohit they have been falsely implicated in the present case and that under the interim orders passed by this Court the petitioners have not only joined the investigation but have also fully co-operated with the investigating agency.
Learned State counsel on instructions of ASI Mohinder Singh admits to the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation; they have co-operated with the investigating agency and that their custodial interrogation is not required.
After considering the totality of the above facts especially the statement made by the learned State counsel that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required, the order of this Court dated 26.10.2020 granting ad-interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made absolute.
Nothing observed herein-above shall be considered to be an expression of opinion by this Court on the merits of the case. (Deepak Sibal) December 14, 2020 Judge R.S.
