***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) Petitioner (Rajwinder Kaur) has filed the instant writ petition seeking directions to the respondents to handover all the records of the Gram Panchayat to her, being the newly elected Sarpanch of Village Kaler, Block Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran.

Pursuant to the advance copy of petition, having been supplied to learned State counsel, Mr. Rajneesh Chadwal, AAG, Haryana, appears on behalf of respondent-State. He, on instructions from Mr. Harpal Singh, Panchayat Secretary, Block Taran Tarn, submits that the petitioner has been called several times to collect the records, however, no response is forthcoming on her behalf.

Learned State counsel submits that in case, the petitioner visits the office of Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Tarn Taran on 27.05.2025 at 11:00 A.M., all the relevant record would be handed over to her against due receipt.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, the present petition stands disposed of accordingly.
