Admittedly, the present petition is covered by the order passed by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 20044 of 2015 titled as "Baljeet Singh and Others v. State of Punjab and Others" decided on 19.9.2015. In the present case, the petition was filed on 22.9.2015, much after the last date which was 18.9.2015. Accordingly, in view of the above said decision, no relief can be given to the petitioner and the present petition is dismissed, in limine.
