**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking quashing of action of the respondents in relieving them without assigning any reason/justification. It has remained undisputed that the relief sought by the petitioners in the above writ petition had already been sought by another applicants/petitioners before this Court of the same department in CWP No. 14179 of 2017 titled as Ashish Goyal and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 20.07.2017.

Learned counsel for the respondent has not disputed this fact and has stated that the aforesaid judgment has been complied with. Therefore, for the parity of reasoning, this petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 20.07.2017 rendered in CWP No. 14179 of 2017. The respondents shall pass appropriate orders, as done in similar cases.
