(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.94 dated 15.03.2022, registered under Sections 307, 427 and 34 IPC; Section 13(2) of Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, at Police Station Dhauj, District Faridabad. Vide order dated 14.07.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Shish Pal, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
