HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of order dated 09.01.2020 passed by this Court in CWP No.23053 of 2016, a speaking order dated 01.04.2020 has been passed by the Competent Authority rejecting the claim of the petitioner. In view thereof, present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say that it would be open for the petitioner challenge the said order, if so desired.
