(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for modifying the award dated 27.08.2012 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.2, to the extent to which the relief of back wages has been restricted to 50% till reinstatement instead of the date of passing of award.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already settled the dispute with the respondent-management. Hence, he does not wish to press the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
