This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 76, dated 7th July, 2021, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 365, 325 and 379-B IPC (Sections 325 and 379-B IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Panjokhra, District Ambala.

This Court vide order dated 15th September, 2021, granted interim bail to the petitioner, subject to joining investigation and compliance of the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Ramesh Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating. 5.

As no custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required, the interim bail granted on 15th September, 2021, is made absolute. 6.

Disposed of accordingly.
