The petitioner has taken loan of `4.00 lac from the respondentsSarva Haryana Gramin Bank on 20.12.2012. He claims to have repaid a sum of `2.76 lac as per receipts attached as Annexure P-2(Colly). The petitioner has two-fold grievance in the instant writ petition. Firstly, he submits that the Bank is not supplying him the complete statement of accounts and secondly he wants to settle his loan account under the revised guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India, but his request is not being considered.

[2] Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering that he belongs to poor strata of society and is inclined to settle the loan account, the respondents are directed to supply the complete statement of accounts to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
