The petitioner has been served with a Notice dated 07.05.2018 under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. Without filing objections-cum-reply, it has rushed to this Court seeking a direction for regularisation of its loan account as it is ready and willing to deposit the over-due amount in respect of 'Cash Credit Limit' as well as 'Term Loan'. Such a plea can be taken by the petitioner in its reply to the impugned Notice. We have no reason to doubt that the respondent-Bank shall consider the same sympathetically. Let the petitioner submit its reply within one week from today, which will be considered by the respondent-Bank on merits.
