(Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the letter dated 03.03.2016 (Annexure P1), whereby, the petitioner-company has been prohibited from participation in the future tenders, without issuing any show cause notice and affording any opportunity of hearing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance to the orders dated 05.09.2016, passed by this Court in CWP No.18335 of 2016, titled as "Ding Manpower and Securities Services Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. & others", the petitioner had approached the concerned authorities pointing out the infirmities in issuing Annexure P-1. It was submitted that the petitioner had filed representations viz. Annexures P-14 & P-15 followed by reminders Annexures P-16 & P17, but no action so far has been taken thereon. 3.
