(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.182 dated 24.04.2020 under Sections 386, 389, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Azad Nagar, District Hisar. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to surrender before the trial Court and would file an application for grant of regular bail, which is requested to be decided by the trial Court expeditiously.

In view of the statement made by counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a fortnight from today and files an application for grant of bail, the same shall be decided by the trial Court as expeditiously as possible.
