CWP No.20453 of 2015 [2] elections. He claims that all these voters belong to the State of Rajasthan but their names have been purposefully entered in the voter list of village Kotla so as to highjack the election in a particular direction. Some of the instances are also quoted. Since the petitioner's allegations would require a fact-finding enquiry, we do not express any views on merits rather dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 5 to ascertain the correct facts and take remedial action as may be required in law, before the Gram Panchayat elections.

Ordered accordingly.
