**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The challenge in the present writ petition filed under under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the order dated 30.08.2016 (Annexure P-18), passed by respondent no.1. 2.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since at this stage, the contract has not been awarded to respondent No.4, therefore, she may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court again, if need so arises.
