CRM-M-35060-2022 (O&M) -2I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. As per the prosecution version, 4-5 persons came in a Bolero car and had opened firing at the complainant. He was able to save himself by running. The person who fired at the complainant was Rahul Kumar @ RP Rata (the petitioner). The allegations against the petitioner are grave and serious in nature and the weapon and the Bolero car are yet to be recovered. Thus, to unearth the truth, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required.

In view of the above, no ground is made out to grant the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Dismissed.
