Vide order dated 21.01.2019 passed in CRM-M-5865 of 2015, petitioner was allowed two clear opportunities to produce the defence evidence. The same have been allowed by the learned trial Court before closing the defence evidence of petitioner by order. No reason for granting further opportunity for defence evidence is made out.
This petition has no merits. Dismissed.
