 Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.170 dated 18.11.2020, registered at Police Station Model Town, District Ludhiana, under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and Sections 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC. Vide order dated 20.09.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

       

               

 

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harpal Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 20.09.2021 PARVEEN KUMAR 2022.09.23 06:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
