**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, A.C.J. (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the respondents, especially, respondents No.4 and 5 to consider the bid of the petitioner and allot the work of P/L BMPC in Ward No. 25, 27, 29 and 43 at Amritsar, in view of the Govt. instructions issued vide letter dated 22.02.2011, as the date for submission of the bid has been extended for the 4th time for the same work and every time, the petitioner was found the single tenderer and because the rates quoted by the petitioner are less than the approximate value of work. A further prayer has also been made for quashing the decision taken by respondents No.4 and 5 extending the date of submission of dates by issuing corrigendum for the 5th time for the same work. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, as there is no cause of action which arises for consideration of this Court at this stage. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
