(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, as the reference petition filed by the petitioner has been referred to the Reference Court. He referred to Para 5 of the preliminary submissions of the written statement, filed on behalf of the respondents, which reads thus:- "5.
That after receipt of the application the reference petitions were again prepared and sent to the court vide dispatch no.139 dated 2.2.2016 and the same is pending in the Hon'ble Court of District Judge Gurgaon for determination of the market value of the awarded land. The copy dispatch registered is attached as Annexure R-2."

In view of the above, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
