(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that certain questions were incorrect as there was spelling mistakes in the questions but still marks were given to some of the candidates of the wrong answers. The petitioner raised certain objections and those objections have not been considered. There are total four posts of General Sports Category and only one candidate has been selected and three posts are still lying vacant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued by this Court to decide the objections (Annexure P-3) and till then, one post be kept vacant, otherwise that post can be filled up from other category. Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner and by considering the fact that the objections raised by the petitioner have not been considered, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the objections (Annexure P-3) filed by the Neetu Rani 2016.09.24 10:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.19524 of 2016 petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by passing a detailed and speaking order. In case, the petitioner is required to be heard for clarification of the objections, the opportunity be given to him. It is also directed that one post of General Sports Category be kept vacant till the decision of the objections.
