CWP No. 19525 of 2016 The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for quashing the symbolic possession notice dated 29.08.2016 (Annexure P-10). A further prayer for issuance of a writ in the nature of prohibition has also been made restraining the UCO Bank from proceedings qua residential House No.155/20 situated at Gandhi Nagar, near Patel Nagar, Hisar, measuring 83 sq. yards under the provisions of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take recourse to alternative remedies, as certain questions of fact are required to be proved by way of leading cogent and unimpeachable evidence.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to her, in accordance with law.
