This case is similar to the case in CWP No.2133 of 2015 which we disposed of by an order and judgment passed yesterday. 3.

This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of by recording the statement on behalf of respondent no.2 that they are willing to award the order in favour of the petitioner in respect of the items for which it had submitted the bid in the event of it being L-1. It is obvious that the order will be placed on the petitioners only if they satisfy the conditions of eligibility.
