The petitioner claims to be the resident of Mor Mandi, District Bathinda. He prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent No.1 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment upon the municipal land alongside the road at Bohar Wala Chowk market, hospital bazaar and the old grain market. The alleged encroachers have not been impleaded as parties to the writ petition.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is not maintainable without impleading the alleged encroachers as parties. Consequently, the present writ petition is dismissed. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge September 17, 2021 "DK"
