Mr. Harsimran Singh Sethi, Addl.A.G., Punjab. **** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition seeking action to allege misappropriation of ration allotted to them under Atta Dal Scheme by respondents No.5 to 8.

At the outset, reply by way of affidavit of Manjinder Singh District Controller, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Punjab, Pathankot, has been filed. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that an enquiry has already been instituted vide order dated 15.03.2017 and all aspects of the matter shall be looked into. The depot being held by respondent No.5 has already been suspended. In view of the fact that the State has already taken necessary action, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
