The present IOIN was put up by the Registry for service of respondent No.2 as counsel for the appellant did not furnish his correct address. Counsel for the appellant was duly informed but again he did not furnish the correct address of respondent No.2 till date. Hence, present IOIN is redundant and is disposed off as such. The main appeal itself is taken on board.

On 03.05.2024 none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and accordingly notice was issued to the sole appellant. As per the office report, sole appellant is reported to have died. No one has come forward to get himself impleaded as legal representative of the appellant. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
