RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the transfer order dated 31.12.2014 and relieving order dated 22.1.2015, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant writ petition, under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, fairly states that he did not intend to press this writ petition for a writ in the nature of Certiorari for the time being. He further submits that the petitioner has raised her genuine grievance in her representation dated 31.1.2015 (Annexure P-8), but the same is also pending decision. He submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, in case respondent no.1 is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and decide the representation Annexure P-8, within a reasonable time. CWP No.2051 of 2015 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Chief Administrator, Haryana Urban Development Authority, HUDA Building, Sector 6, Panchkula-respondent no.1 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner, raised vide her representation dated 31.1.2015 (Annexure P-8), which prima facie seems to be genuine and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
