(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.198 dated 24.10.2019 under Sections 379, 323, 148 and 149 IPC registered at Police Station Division-B, Police Commissionerate, Amritsar at District Amritsar and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 08.10.2020 (Annexure P-2).

On 16.10.2020, notice of motion had been issued in this case. Subsequently, vide order dated 14.01.2021 an order was passed directing the parties to get their statements recorded before the CJM/Illaqa Magistrate/Trial Court and a report was to be submitted by the concerned Court to this Court.

On 26.03.2021, none appeared for the petitioners and similar was the position on 05.07.2022.

Today, once again petitioners remain unrepresented. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed.
