In the circumstances, no ground for quashing of FIR No. 246, dated 16.05.2018, under Sections 3, 7 and 10 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 and Sections 406, 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 10, Gurugram, is made out. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage.
