Petition, i.e. CRM-M-35960-2022 has been moved for quashing of the complaint No.NACT-152-2017 titled as 'UCO Bank vs. Sagar Singh' dated 02.03.2017 (Annexure P-3), and the summoning order dated 02.03.2017 (Annexure P-4), passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kurukshetra, and also to quash the subsequent proceedings in the complaint.

Today, on the very outset, counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that since, respondent No.2/complainant has already withdrawn the complaint filed by him before the trial Court, all the aforementioned four petitions can be disposed of, as the same having been rendered infructuous.
