RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J After arguing the case for some time and having been confronted that the impugned order dated 17.6.2016 (Annexure P-8) is, as a matter of fact, in continuation of the earlier order dated 9.6.2016, which is already under challenge before this court in CWP No.12620 of 2016, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedy, including moving an application in the pending writ petition, in accordance with law.

Permission is granted.
