***** SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the matter has since been amicably settled vide compromise dated 10.07.2017, photocopy of which has been placed on file as Annexure CX. As per this compromise, the parties have amicably settled their dispute. Learned counsel for the appellant as well as respondent submit that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the compromise, Annexure CX. In view of submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the appeal is disposed of as per compromise which shall form part of this order and parties are bound by the terms of this compromise.
