(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the filing of the present writ petition, an order has been passed on the representation/legal notice (Annexures P-4 & P-5, respectively) filed by the petitioner, which has been received now. It was prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh by impugning the order passed by the authority concerned vide which the bid of the petitioner was rejected.
