Certain clarifications issued by the State with regard to the transfer policy assailed before the learned Single Judge and the writ petition has been dismissed. The transfer policy itself was challenged before this Court in a series of writ petitions, which have ultimately been disposed of vide order dated 21.05.2026 in CWP-7092-2026 titled as 'Vijay Chaudhary and others vs. State of Haryana and another' with liberty to the State Government to have a re-look at its policy and formulate the relevant considerations. 2.

On account of such subsequent orders passed, the cause raised in the writ before the learned Single Judge itself has lost its significance. 3.

Faced with such a situation, learned Senior counsel for the appellant comes up with the prayer to withdraw the present appeal as also the writ petition with liberty to the State to formulate a fresh policy in accordance NEERAJ 2026.05.30 12:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
