&2* The present criminal writ petition has been filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to get released detenues Amardeep Singh, Gurjant Singh, Gurveer Kaur and Gursimran Kaur, who have been illegally and forcibly taken in custody by respondent No.4.
