The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of impugned notices dated 01.02.2016 and 06.06.2016 (Annexures P-1 and P2, respectively) issued by the respondent-Bank, under the provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition as the petitioner has approached the respondent-Bank for an amicable settlement of the dispute. 3.
