Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of the averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna to look into the matter and to get the representation dated 9.9.2021 (Annexure P-2) examined particularly as regards the alleged threat perception of the petitioners. In case, it is found that there is any genuine threat to life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent No.4, then necessary steps be taken thereupon so as to ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioners.
