TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA J. (ORAL):
The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to re-fix the petitioner's pay in the scale of ₹13500-17250 as per Haryana Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 1998, with effect from 1.1.1996, revise the pension and grant arrears accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue at hand stands decided in the petitioner's favour in terms of judgment dated 29.5.2012, rendered by this Court in CWP No.905 of 2011 titled W.C. Goyal v. State of Haryana and another.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, does not dispute the fact. 4.

In view thereof, the instant petition stands allowed in terms of judgment rendered by this Court in W.C. Goyal case (supra), by holding that the petitioner shall be entitled to arrears of pay and other retiral benefits as per judgment passed in CWP No.5520 of 2003 titled S.P. Sood v. State of Haryana and others, decided on 2.2.2009.
