This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 10.12.2024 passed in CWP-27334-2018. 2.

The compliance report by way of affidavit of Sh. Moneesh Kumar, Director, Technical Education and Industrial Training, Punjab on behalf of respondent No.2 has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. A copy of the compliance report has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. It has been stated in the compliance report that the security of tenure has been granted to the petitioners.
