RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged discriminatory action on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant writ petition, under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari/Mandamus.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, fairly states that he does not intend to press this writ petition for a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for the time being. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no.5 as well as the petitioner were members of the same team. They played together. However, while issuing the appointments to the petitioner and respondent no.5, petitioner has been discriminated. Feeling aggrieved, petitioner served the respondent authorities by way of legal notice dated 6.10.2014 GREESH SAHNI 2015.02.12 15:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.2058 of 2015 (Annexure P-6), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, in case respondent no.1 is directed to consider and decide the legal notice of the petitioner, within a reasonable time. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Home Department, Haryana Civil Secretariat, Chandigarh-respondent no.1 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner, raised vide his legal notice dated 6.10.

2014 (Annexure P-6), which prima facie seems to be genuine and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law and also keeping in view the communications Annexures P-4 and P-5, but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
