As per the office report dated 28.03.2023, counsel for the petitioner has been informed. After that, the matter has been taken up today. Today again, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 5.

Even today, despite second call, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

Keeping in view the aforesaid circumstances, the present Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
