Allowed as prayed for subject to all just exceptions. CRWP-5451-2025 Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 to 10 and to ensure that the petitioners may not be harassed by respondents No.4 to 10 to effect compromise with them regarding FIR No.114 dated 03.05.2025 registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Sohana, District S.A.S. Nagar and to take action on the representation submitted by petitioner No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke alternative appropriate remedy on the same cause of action in accordance with law for redressal of grievances raised in the present petition.
