Petitioner seeks issuance of necessary directions to respondent No.3 for initiation of appropriate action against respondents No.4 and 5 on the basis of representation (Annexure P-3).

Admittedly, a civil suit in the context of agreement to sell is pending between the parties.

Petitioner has not approached the concerned Police Station by way of a complaint disclosing cognizable offence under Section 154 Cr.P.C.
