The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.204 dated 18.5.2022, Police Station Sector-7, Panchkula, under Section 174-A of Indian Penal Code. 2.

At the time of issuance of notice of motion, the following order was passed on 6.8.2022:

"Notice of motion for 17.10.2022.

In the meantime, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 10 days from today and moves an application for grant of bail, the learned trial Court shall release PANKAJ KAKKAR 2022.10.18 11:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

( 2 ) CRM-M-34716-2022 (O&M) the petitioner on interim bail on her furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to its satisfaction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his client is willing to amicably resolve the matter with respondent No.2 and shall deposit an amount of Rs.55,000/- which is due before the Trial Court within a period of 1 month from today." 3.

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Birla, Advocate representing respondent No.2 has admitted the factum of compromise and has stated that he has no objection for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Learned State counsel, upon instructions from the Investigating Officer, has informed that pursuant to interim directions issued by this Court, the petitioner surrendered before the Trial Court and has been released on interim bail.

In view of the aforestated position, wherein the matter has been amicably resolved amongst the parties and the complainant has no objection for grant of bail to the petitioner, the petition is accepted and the interim direction issued by this Court vide order dated 6.8.2022 are hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear regularly before the Trial Court and abide by any such condition as may be imposed by Trial Court for ensuring her regular presence.
