The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus or such other appropriate writ, order or directions for quashing the action of the respondents in not releasing/finalizing the ACP cases of the petitioners in their respective cadre.

Learned counsel submits that during the pendency of the present petition, all the petitioners except Nos.4 and 24 have been granted ACP scales. However, the higher pay scale has not been granted in terms of the scheme, Annexure P-5, for which he submits that they shall file a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4.

In view of the aforesaid and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that in case petitioner Nos.4 and 24, submit a representation within a period of one month, substantiating Gaurav Arora 2024.03.14 17:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
