**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harbhej Singh submits that in all there were 131 complainants/aggrieved parties. A perusal of the petition reveals that only one Gurwinder Singh had been arraigned as respondent.

Given above, the present petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed. Petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition after arraigning all the aggrieved persons as respondents.

It is clarified that dismissal of the present petition shall not come in the way, in case the petitioner files fresh petition.
