The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 08.04.2026 whereby ld. Special Court (Electricity Act), Rewari has dismissed his petition on the ground of jurisdiction. He is further seeking setting aside of notice dated 16.03.2026 whereby respondent has directed him to deposit ₹18,39,163/- against disconnected account No.2624311111 which otherwise will be transferred to account No.2913034084. He is also seeking direction to respondent to restore his electricity connection.

This is second round of litigation. The petitioner on an earlier occasion approached this Court by of RSA-4005-2025 assailing dismissal of suit by civil Courts against orders dated 28.08.2017 for DEEPAK BISSYAN 2026.05.20 15:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP-15736-2026 -2assessment charge of ₹16,46,982/- and compounding amount of ₹1,10,000/-. The aforesaid appeal was dismissed on the ground of maintainability before civil Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that petition may be disposed of in terms of judgment of this Court in "Rattan Singh Vs. State of State of Haryana & Ors." LawFinder Doc ID #2869383. 4.
Disposed of in terms of Rattan Singh (supra). 5.
Till the passing of order in terms of Rattan Singh (supra) the respondent shall restore petitioner's electricity supply. 6.
