The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.54 dated 20.02.2024 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Rama Mandi, Jalandhar and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty, to file fresh with better particulars. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
