* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks a refund of 25% of the consideration paid by him in respect of a plot allotted to him by an allotment letter dated 24.11.2011.

The petitioner contends that although clause 22 states that possession of the plot was offered, in fact, possession was not given. He further states that there has been no development around the plot to date. At this stage, the petitioner states that he would be satisfied if the respondents only respond to his advocate's letter dated 15.06.2017 (Annexure P-7) raising the demand. 3.

We express no views whatsoever on the merits of the petitioner's contentions or his claim.

The petition is disposed of only with a direction to the respondents to respond to the petitioner's letter dated 15.06.2017 (Annexure P-7) by 30.09.2017.
